Selecting documents in a view
You can select documents in a view to copy, delete, print, export to save as a file, or forward in a mail message. You can also indicate which documents you've read, or you can categorize them in other ways. Selected documents have a check mark in the column to the left of their titles.
To select or deselect documents
To select or deselect one or more documents in a view, click in the column to the left of each document. Or left-click, hold, and drag your mouse pointer up or down the left column next to each document.
To select or deselect all of the documents in a view, choose Edit - Select All or Edit - Deselect All.
Tip
Selecting documents is an easy way to count them. Notes shows the number of documents selected in the status bar.
