Tip If you need to see the mail that arrives at your office before you return there, consider setting up a rule to send a copy of each incoming message to a different address. Or consider using Domino Web Access to open your mail from the Internet.
Click any of these topics:
1. Open your mail database and choose Actions - Tools - Out of Office.
2. On the Dates tab, specify the dates on which you are leaving and returning. The out-of-office agent responds to incoming mail for all the days you specify, no matter how far in advance you enable the agent.
3. (Optional) Do any of the following:
To select names from an address book, click the button to the right of the field.

To disable out-of-office mail
2. Click Disable and then click Yes and OK as many times as necessary.
