To disable prompting when deleting using the menu
Note If you are using Notes from within the IBM Workplace Managed Client, the accelerator for the Delete option is D instead of l. To prevent unexpected results, you will be prompted when you use the accelerator key D (or choose Edit - Delete from the menu). You can disable the prompt message the first time you are prompted or by setting the following Notes preference.

1. Choose File - Preferences - User Preferences.

2. Under Additional Options, select "Do not prompt when deleting using the menu."

3. Click OK.
