Right-click menus: context-sensitive commands
Use the right mouse button to access menus throughout Lotus Notes. The right-click menus appear over bookmarks, icons, documents, databases, and other elements. Most of the commands available in a right-click menu are also available from menus in the main menu bar or from the action bar.

Right-click menus change, depending on where you are in Notes. Right-click menus for views include a standard set of commands common to all views in an area -- Mail, Calendar, or To Do -- followed by context-sensitive commands from the action bar buttons of the specific view.

For example, when you right-click the Inbox view, you see a menu with standard commands at the top and commands specific to the Inbox at the bottom.

The context-sensitive commands on right-click menus for Calendar views change depending on whether you are the chair or a participant in the selected meeting document, as do the commands for the To Do view, depending on whether you are an assignor or invitee of the selected To Do.
