Note In any form, view, page, or document there could be several embedded elements (the date picker in the Calendar is an example of an embedded element). You can navigate to an embedded element, give focus within the embedded element, and then remove the focus to continue navigating through the form, view, page, or document. When focus is in an embedded element, the thin black frame around it disappears. When focus is removed from an embedded element, the thin black frame reappears.

The Calendar date picker is an example of an embedded element.

Press	To do this
COMMAND+A	Select all documents in view
COMMAND+C	Copy selected document
COMMAND+F	Find text in view
COMMAND+P	Print selected document or view
COMMAND+V	Paste selected document
COMMAND+X	Cut selected document
DEL or OPTION+DELETE	Delete selected document (place document in Trash folder; Calendar entries are permanently deleted)
F9	Refresh current document (in Edit mode), view or workspace
RETURN	Select item in embedded view
SHIFT+COMMAND+F9	Update all views in current database
SHIFT+DEL or SHIFT+OPTION+DELETE	Delete selected document permanently
SHIFT+F9	Rebuild current document, view, or workspace (must have Manager access)
SPACEBAR	Select or deselect document
TAB	Move to next unread document
