Working with instant meetings
Note The features described in this topic are available only if your company has an IBM Lotus Sametime server, and only for Windows versions of IBM Lotus Notes. Instant meetings with audio, visual, whiteboard, or screen sharing are available only if your Lotus Sametime server has Web conferencing capability.

Instant meetings allow multiple people to chat with each other and share applications. Instant meetings occur immediately; they are best for small groups of people who need to meet quickly. Once an instant meeting starts, anyone can invite other online people to join the meeting.
