Managing and enhancing your mail
You can organize mail by marking messages for follow up, sorting messages in folders and views, moving or adding messages to folders, filtering new messages according to rules you specify, saving messages in an archive database, or deleting messages. You can re-use mail formats by creating stationery, or choose from a variety of graphic letterheads for all outgoing mail.

You can also set your mail database to notify people when you're out of the office, and delegate management of your mail to someone else (or manage someone else's mail for them).

Use the For Follow Up MiniView to keep aware of or manage messages marked for follow-up, as well as Calendar and To Do notices. (Calendar and To Do notices also appear in the Calendar MiniView.)
