The Follow Up MiniView
While you work in your Inbox view, other mail views, or mail folders, you can display the Follow Up MiniView to maintain an awareness of messages you have flagged for follow-up action. You can also use the Follow Up MiniView area to display new Calendar notices or To Do notices from the Calendar MiniView without leaving your mail views.

Note The Calendar MIniview displays the same information as the Follow Up Miniview, only in your Calendar.

To use the MiniView

On the bottom left of the screen, click the down arrow, and select "Follow Up" to display the full MiniView.

You can:

Display all of the columns for a message by moving the cursor over the message.
Open the message by double-clicking it.
Remove the message from the MiniView and Follow Up view (once you have completed the action) by clicking Remove Flag. The message stays in other mail views or folders, but no longer has a follow-up flag.
Switch to the display of Calendar notices or To Dos by clicking the down arrow beside the words "Follow Up." For information on using the "New Notices" portion of the Miniview, see Calendar Miniview.
Vertically resize the MiniView by dragging the area above the words "Follow Up."
Horizontally resize the MiniView by dragging its right edge.
Resize the columns in the MiniView by dragging the column dividers.
Reorder the columns in the MiniView by dragging and dropping the column headers.
Customize which columns display in the MiniView (or any view) by choosing View - Customize this View.
Collapse the MiniView by clicking the Collapse icon .
